Absolut Vodka Ads are still the best premium spirits ads. Although there has not been a new Absolut ad campaign for a few years, the prints of previous campaigns are still hot collectables. Did you know that Absolut's "In an Absolut World" won over 11 major awards in 2009?
The series of advertisements "In an Absolut World" depict fantastic or unrealistic images including billboards in Times Square showing masterpiece paintings, politicians with "Pinocchio" noses and riots being waged with feather pillows. The campaigns larger message is that on Planet Absolut, anything can happen. New York Times writer Stuart Elliott states that "Drinkers are invited to imbibe 'in an Absolut World,' a fanciful, even surreal, place where common sense prevails and just deserts are always on the menu".
